This set includes 10 shapes: they can be used as footholds, relatively precise positioning of feet will be required.
Yet, they could also be used as hand holds. They can be pinched if set alone, although the smallest ones would be more technical to be pinched. You could instead set the smallest ones in duo in order to create a more comfortable pinch, for an intermediary level on a slab wall or a vertical wall. If set as hand holds on an overhang, the holds of this set will definitely require advanced skills in order to pinch them.
